Screws and barrels

Our company supplies screws and barrels for automatic molding machines and extruders, produced according to advanced German technology – by metalworking with schoop process and deposit welding. Items produced in such a way are characterized by durability, long life cycle, and excellent corrosion and wear resistance. 

For your manufacture needs we can do bimetal screws and barrels – they are used for items production made of filled composite materials with fiberglass. Way of production is extrusion or pressure die casting. Also is possible to supply double or jointed bimetal screws - they are used for extrusion of polymers with high grade calcium concentration and also in the salvage lines.  


Screws for injection molding machines.

Are produced of quenched stainless steel, hardness is HRC55-58.

Basic material is – 38CrMoAlA.

Surface hardness is HV≥900.

Surface nitriding depth is 0, 5-0, 8 mm.

Tungsten carbide schoop process. 

Barrels for injection molding machines.

Basic material is – 38CrMoAlA.

Surface hardness is HV ≥ 900.

Tungsten carbide alloy, center die casting.

Surface nitriding depth is 0, 5 – 0, 8 mm.

 

Screws and barrels for extruders

Screws and barrels for single-screwed extruders.

Stainless steel, quench, hardness HRC55-58.

Tungsten carbide alloy.

Sizes:

  • Diameter 15-300 mm
  • Length to 10 000 mm

 

  Double parallel and conical screws and barrels.

Parallel screws:

·         Diameter 45 – 160 mm.

·         Length to diameter rate is 15 – 26.



Conical screws:

·         Diameter 35/77 – 92/184.

·         Ribs of threads are bimetallic.

·         Basic material is 38CrMoAlA.

·         Surface hardness is HV ≥ 900.

·         Surface nitriding depth is 0, 5 – 0, 8 mm.

 

Jointed bimetal screws and barrels.

Vacuum hardening, special alloys.

Basic material is – 38CrMoAlA.

Surface hardness is HV≥900.

Surface nitriding depth is 0, 5-0, 8 mm.
